The Lotus

We chose to include the Lotus with our logo because of its special meaning. A Lotus symbolically mirrors the obstacles of life and the ability to overcome those obstacles. Its roots grow at the bottom of a pond in the mud. Its stem transcends through the waters so its bloom can float cleanly on top. As the bloom of the Lotus unfolds, basked in the warm sunshine, it represents all that is good, true, and beautiful. In many Eastern faiths it also represents awakening, peace, and enlightenment. Because of this, the Lotus has inspired us in our work here at Positive Image Studio.
